Top 50 Reasons why to workout

I love working out and the energy I get from a workout. I honestly didn’t think much would change after the baby, but I was wrong. Boy, was I wrong! So, while I am still trying to find a way to balance motherhood and work – both aspects of my life that I love, exercise is left behind. I have decided to wait few more weeks.
Then, I receive the funniest workout list from someone I met recently. Today, teaspoon of inspiration comes to you from Heather O’Hagan. I read her list and I laughed so hard…..and I had to share.
