Today’s Guest Cat Golden

So today I bring you an interesting, fascinating, incredible conversation with Cat Golden. Cat is a good friend of mine and she is founder of Nine Lives Health & Mind. She is this brilliant, fierce human who is unapologetic and is creating a huge revolution for nurses in our country. So she is founder, again, of Nine Lives Health & Mind, which is kind of a placeholder for this movement for nurses. She helps nurses find purpose, presence, and balance.

She’s a nurse herself and she started noticing something was off in the nursing industry. The nurses were feeling depleted, and not very happy at all. So her campaign is about nurses inspiring nurses, where the focus is raising the energetic vibration of the workplace and being an inspiration to her fellow nurses. So basically inviting nurses to take charge of their own lives, and to create their own schedule, to create their own lives, to leap and live a life by design. And not only is she doing that through coaching and mentorship for the nurses, she also created an incredible online shop where she’s selling amazing products. So we talked about the state of the lives of nurses in our country, why they struggle so much, why she started this movement, and also we talked about business and purpose and we talk about her being extremely successful as an entrepreneur, and what it takes to actually sell products and sell mentorship, and to be as successful as she is today. I have loved this conversation and I know that you will as well so without further ado, here’s Cat Golden.
