Coaching questions for self care
Today I want to talk about coaching questions for self care with you all.
As a new mom, I am realizing that I cannot take care of my baby unless I take care of myself. Lack of sleep, working long hours and many responsibilities often cause stress and affect our physical and mental wellbeing.
I put together some questions you can ask yourself (consider it virtual coaching:)) and maybe discover something new. If you have ever heard me speak, coaching is all about asking the right questions so I wanted to give you some tools that could help you. En-JOY!
Coaching questions for self care
First:
- What is your body saying about your pace? Are you ready to face each day or do you roll out of bed?
- What are the people close to you saying about your pace or schedule?
- What do you gain from living an adrenaline fueled lifestyle?
- What is driving you to keep choosing this pace and this stress level?
Then:
- What would your ideal pace look like?
- Describe a day lived at this pace?
- What smaller changes could you make immediately to free up time and energy to tackle the bigger challenges you face?
- What one change would make the biggest difference in your life right now?
- What low priority area of life is stealing the most time and energy from you?
- If you had total freedom to rearrange your life today to align with your values, what would be your top priorities?
