When things get hard, we want to indulge, run away from stuff and just make ourselves feel better through food, shopping or House of cards (any lovers out there?).
Recently I have been experimenting with depriving myself and waiting to enjoy some things. Some may call it torture or not necessary but it works for me and it may work for you – here’s how!
