Yes you can with Gautam Muralidharan
Hello my beautiful people and welcome to yet another Uplevel Together podcast. I am beyond excited today to bring you a very special conversation with a very very special person to me. Gautam Muralidharan is a dear friend and one of the most fascinating humans that I have ever met in my entire life, and I don’t say that lightly.
He is the founder of Soulwork, which is this incredible company that really limits the constraints of all of our gifts and talent that we have within a company. So I will let him explain what that is, but we talk about so many different things. We talk about this idea of a business that came to him years ago, and why it took him so long to actually pursue it, and then we talk about what he struggled with in the first months of forming the company, what was really hard, and then his transition from a very successful corporate career to actually running his company full-time.
We also talk about his climb to Mt. Kilimanjaro, because he did that as well of course, and then maybe if there are some lessons that we could incorporate as well, and we talk about doubting ourselves and believing in ourselves. This is one of the most brilliant, in-depth, insightful conversations I have ever had, and I’m just so happy to share him with all of you. Without further ado, here’s Gautam.

Do you wish you had less choice?
First time I went shopping in the United States, I was a college student and I wanted cereal. I walked into the biggest grocery store I have ever seen in my life (back home, only soccer stadiums were that big). I was used to having so much less choice in cereal to see...
