Halcyon Dreams: pursuing beauty in the everyday

Yes you can, but you have to start by taking small action every day.

There are certain people who just stand out…..stand out of a crowd and the world senses there is something very special about them. They radiate kind of light that uplifts and today, I bring you a woman he does just that.

I met Jessica months ago when she enrolled in one of my courses. She repeatedly told me she doesn’t know what she wants to do, what big elusive purpose is but I kept knocking at that door. See, from the first call- I noticed there was something about beauty, about fashion and about inspiring others that was magical when she talked about it.

So, I did what I do best- I challenged her to just try something, post something on Instagram and that was a beginning of a beautiful story of Halcyon dreams, a wonderful blog and influencer Instagram account that doesn’t go unnoticed.

Jessica is smart, very smart. She is a corporate executive, a mother, a wife and she just felt there is more. But she can’t possibly make the transition to being an influencer on Instagram? And she is not a millennial either so that messes with our head too (because those of us over that bracket think only millennials are allowed to pursue those kind of things:)

This is a story about changing everything without changing anything. It’s a reminder to always look for those things that make you feel alive because they are always an indicator of what the purpose is. It’s a story about believing and moving forward despite fears and trusting yourself that things will somehow work out.

Jessica is a lifestyle blogger, an influencer and she still hold her full time job and another one at home with her two small children. She trusted me and trusted herself and she is now a name many recognize in our community. This is just the beginning for her and I am so excited to share her story, her blog and her beautiful spirit that you will surely fall in love with.

Follow Jessica on Instagram here or subscribe to her beautiful blog here. Her motto – pursuing beauty in the everyday is what I strive for as a human being and what I hope we can all get to. Jessica, thank your being the light and inviting us all to do just that.
