How one couple jumps from city to city: fairytale + business story
Yes you can, but you have to start by taking small action every day.
Hello beautiful people, did I recently tell you how much I love you being here? I am so inspired and motivated by your emails and comments. You are all in for a treat today! Num Pulo is sort of a fairy tale that you will fall in love with…….and besides the fact that it will make you smile, it is also a beautiful story about following your own passion.
Num Pulo (In a jump or leaping) is a project to discover and explore beautiful cities around the world in a very simple and beautiful short films. It was started by my web designer and friend, Paula and her husband Daniel.
I met Paula few years ago through our mutual friend, Pinterest. I loved her style and I then followed the rabbit hole to her website and I then hired her to build my website. It’s a work of art and we have become friends over the years. Isn’t Internet just great? 🙂
She and her husband were “jumping” in Minneapolis and I had them over for some wine and food. I managed to jump as well in my own living room:)
Here are the things that Num Pulo is teaching me:
1. If you have an interest or a passion, follow it.
2. Start small and just play……don’t let things become work.
3. If you commit to doing something, do it well (their videos are a work of art).
4. Use and combine your gifts (their graphic design and videography gift coupled wth love for travel and exploring is a marriage made in heaven).
5. Every big sensation or overnight success starts with one small step, by testing the waters and trying things on.
6. Just do it.
Today, they are “jumping” all over the world and are paid by airlines and other sponsors to not only travel, but do the work they love to do so much.
It’s an incredible way to visit cities around the world in the most beautiful virtual way.
Paula and Daniel – you two are an inspiration and I cannot wait to see your work shared with the whole world.
Much love to you all, Jasna
Yes you can, but you have to start by taking small action every day. Here’s the video I made when Paula came for a visit and ho we “jumped” together in my living room.
