how to raise your vibrations

Susan-Elizabeth Littlefield
We talk a lot on the show about personal growth. Well, this week, we are talking about challenging and surprising yourself and changing the vibration of your life. It’s something I’ve learned from Jana Barza, a business coach to top CEOs. And this really got me thinking, so I hope it gets your mind turning to here’s today’s Sunday, check it. Welcome back. Yeah, it’s not

Jasna Burza
such a pleasure to be here. Thank you.

Susan-Elizabeth Littlefield
Okay, you’ve talked about this before, and I didn’t really know what it meant the vibration challenge for things you could do to change your vibration. What is that?

Jasna Burza
So all of us every single day, we carry an energetic charge, emotions have a charge and in fact, our vibe, and if we’re unhappy or frustrated, it is a certain vibration. So quantum physics measures our emotions in wavelengths and those things that actually be measured. So when we’re stuck in a certain vibe that we don’t necessarily enjoy. Here’s the thing, we can do something about it.

Susan-Elizabeth Littlefield
Okay, number one, do something for others. Right?

Jasna Burza
All we hear WCC or have been preaching it for months, and studies are here supporters Yeah, kind word. Let someone cut in front of you in line, go get coffee for a co worker, do something so nice surprised your neighbor mow the lawn? Right? Remember, the kindness makes us feel amazing. And also just as incredible. exchanged between another human that affect our energy?

Susan-Elizabeth Littlefield
Okay, so we’re really just kind of paying it forward a lot. Absolutely. And

Jasna Burza
we’ve talked about that, as well. So again, here’s the word science is so really beautiful, when the most unexpected thing about paying it forward is that when we engage in an act of doing something for someone paying a coffee for the person behind us, or doing anything that’s nice in quantum physics, and we now know that when we surround ourselves with that energy of positivity, or someone having a smile or positive reaction, it affects energetically our wives, our environment is incredibly important. And when we surround ourselves with people, we’re smiling and uplifted, we can’t help but pick up on their vibe and feel much better. So it’s not some who do you know, feel good selfhelp garbage is actual science that works every single time.

Susan-Elizabeth Littlefield
Okay, and then this is my favorite one, because I never really thought of this one, do something completely unexpected. One thing I like to do is to go to a different show by myself, like say it’s the orchestra or you said, Take a ballet class, just kind of surprise yourself, right?

Jasna Burza
Completely shock your system, go to a completely different part of town, go to a woodworking session, if you’re, you know, a woman who doesn’t want to do anything with tools or, you know, great to a salsa class, as the former popcorn got your movie by yourself. I love that people used to think I was weird. But it’s just such a fascinating way of doing something, go to a store that you would normally never walk into. Take an incredibly cold shower, or in anything that you can do to change your environment to shock your system. Because when we do that, we have to be more aware. And we pay attention, we’re more open to the world around us. And you know, I’m a big lover of trees and how they communicate. And when we hug a tree, we’re picking up on the vibe that they have been exchanging for millennia.

Susan-Elizabeth Littlefield
I love it. And the last thing here unplug.

Jasna Burza
Probably the most important because that when we are stuck in a certain emotion or a vibe, it means that we’ve been thinking a certain patterns, certain things that are keeping us stuck in that process. So if we can unplug just for 10 minutes, go right now. outside and just processing sit in silence, close your eyes. Take a deep breath in and the breath out. And that alone could completely changed our vibe.

Susan-Elizabeth Littlefield
That was wonderful advice. Thank you. Thank you. And here’s the challenge. Do you maybe try to surprise yourself this week? Good advice. Yes. No.
