When we talk about creativity, most of us put ourselves in one of two camps. Either we are creative, or we’re just not. Life Coach yas no Borsa is here to pull us all into a space of creating and expanding our minds. Let’s talk about getting creative and kind of jumpstarting that part of ourselves.

Creativity is healing. And the older we get, and the busier we get, we forget about it. I think that we reclaim that right here and right now. And the first thing to do that is to daydream. Daydreaming is very often for children, we tell them not to do it, because it’s not a reality. But it is, I think, an underestimated treasure. Our minds are so creative, and so capable. And because we live in a real world, we rarely let ourselves daydream. And when we access that part of our brain, immediately, we’re thinking in different ways. We’re connecting different synapses in our brain. And we’re imagining a different world. So maybe imagine a perfect holiday, when you’re in a different country, what would you do that immediately kickstart your creativity and makes you think in different ways that which I believe is helpful in our everyday life.

the whole point is not being good at the point of that’s why we don’t try things. You know, pick up a simple thing and try making a bracelet used to make as a child doodle Cook, oh, my goodness write poetry. I started writing poetry. Two years ago, I had no business writing poetry. But I love it because it’s hilarious, right to build something. Because that’s how you activate your creative brain. You’re hacking your brain, just by flipping desperate,

and Pinterest you said, which is kind of like a virtual vision board.

I have a love affair with Pinterest. Because what pinches does is it really does simulate that creativity. You see how things that people are doing things in a different way, using a different different way art or different way of concocting a meal, and all of a sudden sparks fly, and you’re inspired to do it yourself. use Pinterest, I highly advise

it. And then you said disrupt your routine, which is kind of hard. Yes,

it’s hard. But here’s how we can make it very easily every single day. So most of us have to go somewhere right in the morning. And whether it’s just good to get groceries or go to work. He has a different route, completely different route, maybe take side streets or do something else. Because when we’re in in a routine, our creative part of our brain just kind of goes to sleep, right? It’s, it’s not activated. But when we break the monotony of that everyday life, we just add all of a sudden an idea comes from oh my goodness, I haven’t seen that in a while. Oh, look at that. And we have some solutions for our problems, which I think is really wonderful.

And you said that creativity and relaxation go hand in hand.

And in the head, I will often see my little one, Susan Elizabeth, he lays on the grass. And he’s just looking at the clouds. And he will stay there for 45 minutes. And then after that there’s always this burst of energy where he takes a piece of paper and draws or he feels like he has to do something. The most innovative and creative things happen to us when we are not rushing. So make a concentrated effort to relax schedule meditation, you know walks in the park, you and I talked about this so often all the time, but we talk about because it doesn’t matter. And we can not talk about it enough. Not only does it help us with our inner peace, but that creativity will spill into every aspect of our life and I’m here for it.
