How to stay grounded 

Yes you can, but you have to start by taking small action every day.

So easy to get affected by events or behaviors or emotions around us. Learning to stay grounded and protect your vibe is one of the most important things we can do. My family tells me I intentionally avoid uncomfortable situations.

What they don’t know is that there is a difference between uncomfortable that makes you grow and uncomfortable that lowers your vibration. I gave birth to two kids without pain medicine, so I think I know uncomfortable. 😉

Choose the one that fortifies you and let them roll their eyes.
