Yes you can, but you have to start by taking small action every day.
Now I, and you, and all of us are in for a treat today. Today I introduce Jackie Serviss to you. Jackie is a former corporate executive turned coach and she is a really dear friend I met a few months ago. Her presence alone makes you feel so loved and accepted and she’s created this Unconditioned method after having gone through something so severe as waking one day and being told she has a brain tumor.
We talk about what it felt like as a young mom to receive the news of having a brain tumor, and the healing process that she went through. This is really really important, no matter what it is that we do, no matter who we are, we’re going to be hit with some kind of news or accident or something that happens in our lives, and it’s up to us to figure out what we want to do with that, and we talk about that.
.Do we have to have cancer to wake up? Jackie addresses that. Then she goes through the pillars of what it means to be “unconditioned” and why we’ve been so conditioned in our society, and how to fight against that, to reach the equilibrium and real health, overall wellbeing, and happiness. And success comes from that. This conversation was just so insightful, so incredible, so valuable. It will move you, it will give you goosebumps, and I know that it will offer you insight into your own lives.
