Yes you can, but you have to start by taking small action every day.
Hello my beautiful people and welcome to yet another episode of Uplevel Together podcast. I am so excited and honored to bring you the conversation today with Kristin Shane which was infused with so much darn joy and happiness and laughter. It is filled with so many inspirational golden nuggets for anyone who has ever had an idea and has wanted to make something out of their lives.
Kristen is the founder and CEO of Fly Feet Running, a group fitness studio in Minnesotam super driven and successful woman, and incredibly lovable and down to earth human. We talked about so many different things but I wanted to ask her where the idea came from (and there is a napkin situation where she developed this idea further) and making the jump from an extremely lucrative successful career at Target to actually running Fly Feet Running full-time. We talked about the realities of life, we talked about how hard it is, and how important it is for all of us to follow that call, whatever that is, to lead and create our own lives.
This is one of my favorite conversations…. this woman is a giver, she is a philanthropist, and she is an example of someone who created a company for good and someone who really wants to change the landscape of entrepreneurship women on business, fitness, and inspiration. Without further ado, here is Kristin Shane.
