It is easy to get into our own heads when someone looks at us funny or in a weird way. We often assume the worst and feel as though we are doing something wrong or bad but what if most of these are innocent and very wrong assumptions? Today I talk about a run in at a gym where my mind jumped to wrong conclusion and why we should never assume we know what others are thinking.
