Hello beautiful people! What does it mean to be perfect? That is what I want to talk to you all about but first…
I love doing these videos for you all and I love sharing them. It’s been a few weeks since we connected and I am baaaaaack! I have been busy with my group coaching group that started beginning of this month (super in love with the people and I KNOW this will be life changing) and I am back in the gym lifting weights which makes me feel like a super woman.
Now, today is all about perfection. You being perfect. Or not? If I only got a dollar every time I heard the words: “well, I am just not perfect”……It makes me cringe every time I hear it because I think we are doing ourselves harm by repeating this as something harmless and a way to “fit in” or say it because everyone else is saying it as well.
Who are you comparing yourself against? What does it mean to be perfect? This video is sort of a mini rant and a different perspective on what it means to be perfect.
Click on the video below and watch.
Please share if you know of anyone who would appreciate the message.
Much love to you all,
Jasna
