It’s easy to get stuck in a routine and forget about ourselves as people, sometimes we forget to focus on ourselves leaving healthy and gross go to the wayside. Now there are ways to get back to evolving personal development. Our favorite life coach, Coach, yes, now shows us how you guys know I love talking personal development with you. And you said that you have four trends you want our viewers to know about?
Jasna Burza 0:24
Yes, I do, because the world is talking about them. So we’re going to do the same number one is online learning online courses are everywhere. They seem to be all arranged, but they could teach us really everything from how to save your home, to how to decorate to how to take better photos, etc. And we also now have access, which is remarkable. To Ivy League courses, you can take courses from Harvard, or Princeton, or Yale, through something called Coursera or edX. And there are online courses and you can audit them and not get a grade and they’re completely free. Or you can pay just a little bit Farben places like Udemy or masterclass. And this is part of that personal development conversation is at our fingertips, if you want to work on yourself. Online courses are something that everyone should check out.

Yeah, I mean, they accessibility is insane right now. And then also when it comes to personal coaching, and there’s online resources for that, too, right?
Jasna Burza 1:29
Absolutely. And it’s something I’m excited about. Because when I started 13 years ago, the coach people like what is that? That sounds weird. And I was I was one of the first ones on the on the market, so to speak. So I’m so excited, the coaching is becoming popular, and everyone seems to have a coach like on the sailboat celebrities are making it popular. But there’s places where you can ask for advice. There’s free Facebook groups, there is free webinars there coaching webinars, group coaching webinars. Here’s another example where you can invest in coaching and seeker resources without ever paying a dime.

Okay, and then one huge trend I see all the time people talk about wellness, holistic sort of living and healing.
Jasna Burza 2:12
So much focus right now is on that well being and we’re putting our health over the beauty hacks that we use to just you know, simply focus on so I have girlfriends who are taking out their breast implants because they’re getting sick. And people are focusing more on on juicing and figuring out what are all the things that are making me much, much more healthier. So there’s this incredible, incredible focus in the world, among the celebrities, very famous people, and I’m very happy because if we’re not feeling well in our bodies and our minds, then what’s the point? So I love this trend, I think very proud of this trend, myself.
Susan-Elizabeth Littlefield 2:55
And speaking of our minds here meditation, that’s huge.
Jasna Burza 2:59
Oprah does it. And even Kardashians are investing in it. The whole the world is learning how to chill. Why simply because over and over and over we know and studies show that we are kinder, nicer, more relaxed, healthier, healthier, happier, when we just learn to pull back a little bit and calm down the storm, the raging storm underneath, which is called our emotions. When we do that we feel better. The whole world feels better.
Susan-Elizabeth Littlefield 3:29
There’s no question and again, there’s online resources for that lots of apps, right
Jasna Burza 3:34
so many apps there is I personally use the there’s headspace app, or there’s there’s just so many different apps. If you just go to Google and you type in meditation, how to meditate or mindfulness playlists or anything like that, again, we don’t have to spend a dime. We don’t have to spend a lot of time it’s at our fingertips. No excuses,
Susan-Elizabeth Littlefield 4:00
no excuses. And I love what you said the whole world is learning to show. Thank you. Yes, no
