Rough New Beginnings
Yes you can, but you have to start by taking small action every day.
First, when you start something, it’s often confusing and clumsy. It doesn’t feel right because of the voices in your head and because because your insecurity is reflected in words and opinions of others and that is super scary. If you are starting a new job, new business, new training, having a new baby. Therefore, sit with the discomfort for some time and let it show you what’s not working.
Don’t throw the baby out with the bath water. Sometimes, you have to do it enough to flex those muscles (sorry, affirmations don’t work here). Perhaps, you may need to make some tweaks.
But, for goodness sake, don’t give up because someone told you that your idea sucks. Go within and see why you are not sure of it first. When you are 100% committed to something and you believe in it. Feedback from others disappears and if it persists, it’s simply doesn’t matter.
If you are ever struggling with something and need guidance.
Send me a question and I will answer it on live broadcast, just don’t give up and believe in you because I believe in you.

Following our dreams with Gautam Muralidharan
Gautam Muralidharan the founder of Soulwork, which is this incredible company that really limits the constraints of all of our gifts and talent that we have within a company. We talk about this idea of a business that came to him years ago, and why it took him so long to actually pursue it, and then we talk about what he struggled with in the first months of forming the company, what was really hard, and then his transition from a very successful corporate career to actually running his company full-time.
How to create a movement and profitable business with Cat Golden of Nine Lives Health
So today I bring you an interesting, fascinating, incredible conversation with Cat Golden. Cat is a good friend of mine and she is founder of Nine Lives Health & Mind. She is this brilliant, fierce human who is unapologetic and is creating a huge revolution for nurses in our country. So she is founder, again, of Nine Lives Health & Mind, which is kind of a placeholder for this movement for nurses. She helps nurses find purpose, presence, and balance.
