Why being vulnerable is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and others

Hello friends, today I want to talk about why being vulnerable is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and others.

Recently, I had a chance to connect with someone I haven’t seen in a very long time and I was reminded how one thing can ruin it for all of us: pretending everything is ok at all times.

For whatever reason, we are taught to present a version of ourselves that is flattering and not vulnerable (I just discovered that you can edit selfies…….really?). Anyway, it starts with one small innocent thing where we all want to look good but pretending in the long term can hurt you and your loved ones.

I share about the most difficult year of my life and why I am not embarrassed to share my low moments in life, be vulnerable, and how you can do the same and inspire others on their path.

Please share if you know of anyone who would appreciate the message.

Much love to you all,

Jasna
