This past week, I wanted to throw in the towel
Yes you can, but you have to start by taking small action every day.
I am the most optimistic, glass half full and “things are going to work out” person in the entire world. I just am, I was born this way. Then, this past week I have experienced some really tough conversations and some really negative people. At some point, I got so discouraged and just wanted to go away.
No matter how optimistic, happy go lucky you are……no matter how good you are and how much value you give…..you will have moments when it feels that none of it matters and when that little dark animal called self doubt comes and takes residence. Look at it in the eye, acknowledge it and then turn around.
Feeling this way is normal.
Feeling this way doesn’t mean you are not good enough.
Feeling this way strengthens you.
Feeling this way opens you up to new opportunities.
Feeling this way should not be a daily occurrence.
Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise or worse – make you feel less because of it.
Yes you can, but you have to start by taking small action every day. Here’s a recent video I did that will compliment these tips!
