Yes you can, but you have to start by taking small action every day.

Instagram and I had a very long love affair and it was beautiful. We loved and respected each other, we had fun, we grew and learned together and then….It stopped. I explained why I unfollowed everyone and left social media in form of consumption and why it matters.
